For people like me who are into losing that excess weight in our body, we’ve tried so many things but end up failing. It’s hard to find a solution for this but don’t fret, I’ve found a solution that can help both you and me lose weight effectively! It’s called DETOXING. I know you’re asking: "How to Detox your body to lose weight?".

In this article, we’ll feature all the ways to detoxify your body and the many reasons/benefits why you should try this.


Detoxification is a way of cleaning the blood in your body. All the unnecessary toxins in your body will be removed which allows your blood to be cleaned and refreshed. When we exercise, we may eliminate some of this impurities in our body but detoxification’s role is to eliminate all or what’s left of it. That’s just one of the many reasons to use this method/s:

A detox program can help the body's natural cleansing process by:

  • Resting the organs through fasting
  • Stimulating the liver to drive toxins from the body
  • Promoting elimination through the intestines, kidneys and skin
  • Improving circulation of the blood; and
  • Refueling the body with healthy nutrients.

With all these benefits, I bet you’re pretty excited to try this method. But before doing so, you must first understand which method of detoxifying is good for you. All are bodies adjust to detoxifying differently. You have to know which type of detoxifying method is compatible with your body. Here are the different ways and you’re open to try which is good for you:

1- Take 1 detoxifying shake a day

A meal each day is important as it contributes to the energy you gain per meal. Try replacing 1 of your meals with this smoothie.
